With the blessing of His Grace Bishop Raphael of Ilion, we make a pilgrimage to Holy Island (Lindisfarne). His Grace will celebrate the Feast of the Entry of the Most Holy Theotokos into the Temple with us. The pilgrimage is organised together with the Edinburgh youth groups, and everyone is warmly invited.

• 11:00–12:30: Divine Liturgy in St Mary the Virgin Church, Holy Island (open in Google Maps)

• 13:00–14:30: Fellowship in the Community Hall, with questions and answers led by Bishop Raphael. Please bring your lunch and a little more to share.

• 14:30–15:30: Free time to explore the island, weather permitting.

Crossing the causeway: on 21 November it is safe to cross between 01:45 and 10:00 and between 14:40 and 22:00. Please arrive on the island before 10:00. The earliest return crossing is from 14:40. Always check the official safe crossing times before you travel.

Με την ευλογία του Θεοφιλεστάτου Επισκόπου Ιλίου κ. Ραφαήλ, πραγματοποιούμε προσκύνημα στο Λίντισφαρν (Holy Island). Ο Θεοφιλέστατος θα εορτάσει μαζί μας τα Εισόδια της Υπεραγίας Θεοτόκου. Το προσκύνημα οργανώνεται μαζί με τις ομάδες νέων του Εδιμβούργου, και όλοι είναι θερμά ευπρόσδεκτοι.

• 11:00–12:30: Θεία Λειτουργία στον ναό της Αγίας Μαρίας (St Mary the Virgin Church), Holy Island (άνοιγμα στους Χάρτες Google)

• 13:00–14:30: Συναναστροφή στην Κοινοτική Αίθουσα, με ερωτήσεις και απαντήσεις με τον Επίσκοπο Ραφαήλ. Παρακαλούμε φέρτε το γεύμα σας και λίγο παραπάνω για να το μοιραστούμε.

• 14:30–15:30: Ελεύθερος χρόνος για να γνωρίσετε το νησί, αν το επιτρέψει ο καιρός.

Διάβαση του δρόμου προς το νησί: στις 21 Νοεμβρίου η διάβαση είναι ασφαλής από 01:45 έως 10:00 και από 14:40 έως 22:00. Παρακαλούμε να φτάσετε στο νησί πριν από τις 10:00. Η επιστροφή είναι δυνατή από τις 14:40. Ελέγχετε πάντα τις επίσημες ώρες ασφαλούς διάβασης πριν ξεκινήσετε.
